About me
I'm a UX & Service Designer with a background in Social Sciences - Anthropology and hands-on experience in banking and financial services.
While studying anthropology and working at MUPI (Museum of Indigenous Peoples) in Brazil, I could begin my story with Design. Observing how the visitors interacted with the exhibitions, I specialized in designing cultural experiences for 6 years.
My anthropology training shaped how I approach design: I'm drawn to the invisible layers of a service — the friction users don't report, the organizational dynamics that create bad experiences, the cultural context that makes a solution work in one place and fail in another.
Currently at BNP Paribas, I apply Service Design methods to improve KYC onboarding for international clients - B2B.
I'm based in Lisbon and open to product design, UX research, and service design roles.
